Cooper Car user ke personal data ko secure rakhne ke liye responsible hai. Hum aapka data sirf service operation, safety aur booking management ke liye use karte hain.

•Aadhaar / Driving License information identity verification ke liye use hoti hai
•Location data trip tracking aur vehicle safety ke liye collect kiya jata hai
•Mobile number aur email booking updates ke liye use hote hain
•Payment secure gateway ke through hota hai – Cooper Car card/UPI details store nahi karta
•User data encrypted systems me store kiya jata hai
•Personal data kisi third-party ko sell nahi kiya jata
•User apna account delete karne ki request kabhi bhi kar sakta hai

Rules
•Booking karte hi user in sab rules ko accept karta hai
•Driver ki minimum age 21 years honi chahiye
•Driver ke paas valid Driving License hona mandatory hai
•Vehicle sirf personal travel ke liye use kiya jayega
•Vehicle kisi illegal activity ke liye use nahi kiya ja sakta
•Vehicle alcohol/drug influence me drive karna strictly prohibited hai
•Vehicle kisi aur driver ko bina permission nahi diya ja sakta
•Car damage hone par customer repair cost pay karega
•Trip ke dauraan vehicle aur documents ki responsibility customer ki hogi
•Late return par ₹200/hr tak penalty lag sakti hai
•False documents ya fake information dena illegal mana jayega
•If the vehicle is not returned within 24 hours after trip end and customer does not respond: The platform may file a police complaint under applicable laws including Criminal Breach of Trust (IPC Section 406) and Cheating (IPC Section 420).
•Cooper Car policies time-to-time update ho sakti hain
Refund & Cancellation
Refund
•24 hours se pehle cancellation → Full refund (₹500 booking fee exclude)
•24 hours ke andar cancellation → 50% refund
•Trip start hone ke baad → No refund
•Agar company booking cancel kare → Full refund + ₹200 wallet credit
•Security deposit vehicle inspection ke baad 24–48 hours me refund hoga
•Refund process 5–7 working days tak lag sakta hai

Damage / Accident Policy
Safety
•Accident ya damage hone par turant Cooper Car support ko inform karna zaruri hai
•Serious accident ya legal case me FIR file karna mandatory ho sakta hai
•Insurance claim insurance company ke rules ke hisaab se process hoga
•Insurance se cover na hone wala amount customer ko pay karna hoga
•Drunk driving, rash driving ya illegal activity me full damage cost customer se recover ki ja sakti hai
•Vehicle theft, loss ya major damage me negligence prove hone par customer fully liable hoga

Cooper Car ek safe aur transparent self-drive platform hai. Booking karte hi user in sab policies ko electronic agreement ke roop me accept karta hai. Ye agreement Information Technology Act 2000 ke tahat legally valid mana jayega.
